Raymond had 5 sisters and 4 brothers, he also has 3 daughters, Andrea, Nicola, Elizabeth and 1 son
colin, he had 7 grandchildren, Ashleigh, Chloe, Adam, Shania, James, Jay, and the late Victoria
Bennett-Moore, he also now has 2 more grandaughters Bethany and Olivia who sadly never got to meeet
there grandad but will be told all about him and how much he'd of loved them like he did all his
kids and grandkids. He also leaves behind his loving Mother Hilda, and was the beloved son of the
late Raymond Edward Bennett.
He died after a short illness of Oesophagus Cancer.
Dad was a one in a million man who lived for his family. He was an avid Hull F.C. rugby supporter
and would regularly go to the KC stadium to watch them with his brother Alan. He was a very
dedicated Manchester United fan and He also loved playing Snooker/pool and was in a pub pool team.
He loved the occasional drink especially \'Stones Bitter\', and he was a Carer for my brother Colin,
myself (Nicola) and my mother Doreen who sadly passed away in December 2001. He loved going on day
trips to Bridlington to give himself a break from his everyday life. He was a kind caring person who
would do anything for his family and friends, but he was never the same man without my mam (Doreen)
who he was happily married to for 30 years until her death.

Well then ray i just thought i,d pop by and leave you a messing hope your all ok up there if any 1 starts bothering you my dad will sort them out for you, but i,m sure its not like that up there,
its lizzys and alan birthday tomorrow so send them both some love down alans been feeling really down lately but i know your watching over him anyway ray you would of been going to see hull city next weekend if you was still here you would of been real chuffed with city cant say much for hull f.c at the moment there playing like a bag of crap anyway ray i bet your sick of hearing me going on so i,ll go and i.ll catch up with you again soon i,ll let you know how city do godbless you ray xxxx

To my dearest family some things i,d like to say, But first of all to let you know that i arrived today, I,m writing this from heaven. Here i shall dwell with god above, Here there,s no tears of sadness. Here is just eternal love.Please do not be unhappy just because i,m out of sight Remember that i am with you every morning, noon and night. That day i had to leave you when my life on earth was through God picked me up and hugged me and he said (I welcome you, It,s good to have you back again, You were missed while you were gone, As for your dearest family, the,ll be here later on. I need you here badly, You are part of my plan There,s so much that we have to do to help our mortal man. God gave me a list of things that he wished for me to do. And foremost on the list was to watch and care for you, And when you lie in bed at night, the days chores put to flight God and i are closest to you.. in the middle of the night. When you think of my life on earth and all those loving years Because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears But do not be afraid to cry, it does relieve the pain Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain. I wish that i could tell you all that god has planned If i were to tell you, you would,nt understand But one thing is for certain though my life on earth is over I,m closer to you now than i ever was before, There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb But together we can do it by taking one day at a time. When you,re walking down the street and you,ve got me on your mind I,m walking in your footsteps, only half a step behind And when it,s time for you to go from that body to be free Remember you,re not going.. you,re just coming to me......

hi raymond i will never forget u i only really so u at partys but u was a laugh i remember when u came to swan for dads birthday party it was a good night and then i saw u at endyke pub with your lovley wife who was ill and u did a wonderful job looking after her anyway raymond i will get going for now i will visit you again and all my love to the family xxxx
